It has many identities: a memory bank, a to-do list, a news aggregator, a filing cabinet, a recipe card holder, a record keeper, an identity, and...so much more. As a sender (big, small, group, or individual,) making sure your email is seen is vital. When your emails aren't delivered or aren't making it to the inbox, your program, your communications about a job or sales opportunity, your response to an invite, your event, your request for help, your...anything, goes unseen and you may be left with no other means of communications.
